Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and At-omic Sports LLC, the operator of Kravox. By accessing the Kravox website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase through it. Additional terms displayed for a promotion, product or service form part of these Terms when applicable.

Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be at least the age of legal majority where you live to place an order, or you must use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for protecting your account credentials. Notify us promptly at info@kravoxsports.com if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Products, sizing and availability

We work to present product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, production variations and photography may cause minor differences in appearance. Measurements and sizing recommendations are general guides and do not guarantee a particular fit.

Products, features, prices and promotions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or restrict sales to particular people, regions or jurisdictions where lawful. Availability shown online is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

Orders, prices and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions or violations of these Terms.

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping, duties, import charges and applicable taxes. These amounts may be calculated at checkout or collected by a carrier or government authority. You are responsible for charges applicable to your order unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the total shown at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment authorization or capture, we will void the authorization or issue an appropriate refund.

If a price, description or promotional offer contains a material error, we may correct it and contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid.

Shipping, delivery and returns

Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays may result from carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Ownership and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the shipping terms presented with your order.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable return, refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Combat-sports safety and product use

Boxing, mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fitness training and related activities involve inherent risks of injury. Kravox products are not designed to eliminate all risk and are not substitutes for proper technique, qualified instruction, appropriate supervision or compliance with gym, coach, competition and governing-body rules.

Before every use, inspect equipment for wear, damage, loose components or improper fit. Do not use damaged, altered or improperly fitted equipment. Use each product only for its intended purpose and follow all supplied care and use instructions. Consult a qualified professional when you are uncertain about safe use or suitability.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for selecting equipment appropriate for your activity, experience and physical condition. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the Kravox name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, software and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to At-omic Sports LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, sell, license, reverse engineer or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Reviews, feedback and submissions

If you submit a review, image, comment, idea or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant At-omic Sports LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and display that content in connection with operating, improving and promoting Kravox, subject to applicable privacy law. You retain ownership of your content.

We may moderate or remove submissions that violate these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all user content.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website to:

• Violate laws, regulations or another person’s rights.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or harmful information.
• Interfere with website security, functionality or other users.
• Introduce malicious code, automate abusive requests or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape or extract content or data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Impersonate another person or misuse another person’s account or payment information.
• Purchase products for unauthorized resale or deceptive activity.

We may suspend access, cancel affected orders or take other lawful action when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Warranties and disclaimers

Any express written warranty supplied with a product applies according to its stated terms. Except for express warranties and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the website and products are provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties, whether express, implied or statutory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, At-omic Sports LLC and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from the website, products or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, and our total liability for any other claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or non-waivable consumer rights.

Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the laws where you live, disputes arising from these Terms, the website or a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and At-omic Sports LLC consent to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer outside Wyoming, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of protections or dispute-resolution rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes, assignment and complete agreement

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, practices or legal obligations. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, sale of assets or other lawful business transaction.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy and any applicable product or promotional terms, form the complete agreement between you and At-omic Sports LLC regarding the website and purchases.
